Rates are in Canadian funds before GST (5%), PST (8%) & MRDT (3%).
Rates to be confirmed at time of booking.
Minimum stay 3 nights (7 nights for peak periods and 2 nights for storm-watching season).
No pets, no smoking please.
Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra people – $25/person/night.
Sleeps 6 guests – The District of Tofino bylaw restricts occupancy to a maximum of 6 guests for all short-term vacation rentals. Thank you for your understanding.
Up to 2 children age 12 and under – no charge.
All dates are subject to Holiday rates when applicable.
At time of booking, a deposit of 50% of full rent is required. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in (less a cancellation fee of $100 if paid by credit card).
